We process identification and contact data (name or company, e-mail, phone), the content of your inquiry, data on the source of your visit (ad click identifier gclid / gbraid / wbraid, UTM parameters, landing page, referring website), the time consent was given and technical data (IP address, browser data). Purposes and legal bases:

• Sending and handling your inquiry and communicating with you – based on the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and as pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mail; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c), e.g. accounting and tax).
• Evaluating advertising performance – we store the visit source data with your inquiry; for an inquiry from a Google Ads ad we may pass the click identifier and the time of the inquiry to Google to attribute the conversion (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing.
• Operating and securing the website – server logs and IP-based protection of the form against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag run in Consent Mode v2: cookies are stored and full measurement takes place only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Without consent the website sends Google only anonymous signals without cookies.

Inquiry data, including visit source data, is retained for the time necessary to handle your request, no longer than 5 years. Tax documents are retained for the statutory period (typically 10 years). Google Analytics data is retained according to the service settings, no longer than 14 months. Vercel hosting logs are retained for no longer than 30 days.

We do not share data with third parties except for processors and recipients that help us run the site, deliver e-mails and measure advertising:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and Vercel Web Analytics – anonymous, cookie-free traffic statistics that do not identify visitors; USA – EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Resend, Inc. (transactional e-mail delivery, USA – SCC).
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads; cookies and full measurement only with consent, without consent anonymous signals without cookies; for an inquiry from an ad, the click identifier and time of the inquiry to attribute the conversion; any transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
• Accounting firm (under a data processing agreement, EU).

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.gov.cz).

The website itself does not set any cookies of its own. Your cookie banner choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Google cookies are stored only with your consent:
